Getting a Bali product from the manufacturer to the customer involves handling, documentation and communication. If proper care is not taken with each of these elements unnecessary damage, delay and expense is incurred by both the shipper and the receiver.

Cargo & Warehousing

Many cargo and warehousing companies care little for the long term customer, in the past we experienced damage and delay due to lack of care and communication. We have also found that cut price cargo agents cannot provide good service, they usually cost more in the end than the major cargo agencies.

This led Highway Bali to establish our own warehousing and use only major cargo agencies. We don't try to be the cheapest but we aim to provide the best value and to ensure that your products arrive on time and in good condition.

Packing & Invoicing

Packing starts with good and sufficient packing materials to protect the products during transit. Care must be taken during the packing process and experienced staff are an important part of the equation.

Just as important are the shipping documents, a correct invoice and an accurate packing list. If care is not taken with these documents unnecessary problems arise at the destination.

Communication

In the cargo world there are always delays and minor problems, it is important that the customer is informed when these happen and that reliable communication is available when required.
